How will my order be delivered
We deliver anywhere in Cyprus. In Limassol, our own team delivers robots straight to your home for free. All other orders are delivered via the courier service ACS, which has over 300 locations and pick-up points in Cyprus.
Robots
- Limassol home delivery by our team: free (1–2 working days)
- Pick-up from the ACS point closest to your address: free (1–2 working days)
- Home delivery via ACS anywhere in Cyprus: €9.90 (2–3 working days)
Accessories
- Orders under €100: delivery to the closest ACS point for €3.90, or home delivery for €5.90
- Orders of €100 or more: free delivery to the closest ACS point, or home delivery for €2.90
If your order includes a robot, the robot delivery options apply to the whole order.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
If you place your order before 2 pm on a working day and the product is in stock, we will send it out on the same day. Otherwise, it will go out on the next working day.
Robots reach you in 1–2 working days with Limassol home delivery or ACS pick-up, and in 2–3 working days with home delivery via ACS. Accessories typically reach the closest ACS point in one working day, and home delivery takes up to three working days. If you chose an ACS point, you will receive an SMS when your order is ready for pick-up.
Please note that for some products the delivery might take 5–7 days depending on the availability of the product.
Can I get the tracking link of my order?
Absolutely. If you need the tracking link of your order, please contact us and our support agents will provide you with your tracking number immediately.
Can I pick up my order from your store?
We expect to move into a new physical store in late 2026 to early 2027.
Can I pay for my order upon delivery?
Definitely. Simply select “pay on delivery” as your preferred payment option, and you will be able to pay ACS in cash or via credit card when receiving your oder.
To which countries do you deliver?
Currently, we can only deliver orders within the Republic of Cyprus.
