Yes. All robots at GoRobot are brand new, original products from leading manufacturers — delivered sealed in their original packaging with full manufacturer support. We select every model we sell based on real-world performance, reliability and value, so you don’t have to gamble on which robot actually works.

All of our robots come with a 2-year warranty. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we’ll take care of it, provided that the damages were not caused by inappropriate use.

No shipping your robot abroad and no dealing with foreign support lines: you deal with us, locally, in Cyprus.

Yes. Most of our robots are ready to go in minutes, and every product page includes clear setup guidance. If you get stuck — connecting the app, mapping your home, installing a lawn mower — just contact our support and we’ll walk you through it.

Not yet — we currently operate online, with free delivery across Cyprus and a 15-day free return policy, so you can try your robot at home risk-free. A physical showroom is on our roadmap.

If you have a problem with your robot and can’t find a solution in the manual or app, please reach out to our support and we will help you as soon as possible. Most issues can be solved remotely — and if not, your 2-year warranty has you covered.

You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it as long as the package is unopened and the seals are in tact. 

If in stock we typically ship out products on the same day for all orders received before 2pm. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. If your product is not in stock but available on backorder, the delivery time is typically 7 to 14 days.

If you would like to pick-up your order on the same day, you can do so at ACS Tsirio, Limassol. You will be able to pay in cash or card during pick up.

Definitely. Please select payment on delivery during check-out. You will then be able to pay for your order with cash or Visa/Mastercard when receiving your order from ACS.
